GPS Info Telemetry Privacy Policy

At SVM Dev Studio we respect your privacy. GPS Info Telemetry provides real-time GPS, altitude, speed and sensor telemetry while keeping your data private and secure.

1. Privacy Policy

A. Location and sensor data (100% on-device)

• Precise location and motion sensors: the app accesses your device's GPS, compass, accelerometer and barometer to calculate and display telemetry (coordinates, speed, heading, elevation, G-force).
• No server uploads: all calculations are performed locally on your device. We do not store, collect or transmit your location data or telemetry history to any external server.

B. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

• The free version displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.
• Google AdMob may collect and use anonymous device identifiers (such as the IDFA) and product interaction data to serve contextual or personalized ads, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
• You can decline tracking in the ATT prompt when you launch the app without losing core telemetry features.

C. In-app purchases (StoreKit 2)

Purchases (such as GPS Info PRO Lifetime) are processed directly and securely by Apple through the App Store. SVM Dev Studio never has access to your payment information, card details or Apple Account credentials.

D. User accounts

GPS Info Telemetry does not require, create or manage user accounts. There is no login, registration or cloud profile.

2. Terms of Service and EULA

A. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using GPS Info Telemetry, you agree to these terms and to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

B. Informational and recreational use only

Telemetry provided by this app (altitude, speed, heading, coordinates) is intended for informational and recreational purposes. Safety warning: do NOT rely on this application as a primary navigation or flight instrument for aviation, maritime navigation or life-critical outdoor emergencies.

C. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and must be initiated through reportaproblem.apple.com.
