Sound HUD Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SVM Dev Studio values and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Sound HUD handles information on iOS, iPadOS and macOS.

2. Microphone access and audio processing

• 100% on-device processing: Sound HUD needs access to your device's microphone only to compute real-time decibel levels (dB SPL), average continuous levels (LAeq) and frequency band analysis.
• No recording, no storage: audio buffers are processed instantly in volatile device memory. The app never records, stores, transmits, encodes or uploads any audio to external servers or third parties.

3. Third-party advertising (Google AdMob)

The free tier of Sound HUD uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. Google may collect:

• Anonymous device identifiers (such as the IDFA, subject to your tracking permission choices).
• Diagnostic data to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud.

4. In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit 2)

Sound HUD PRO purchases are processed securely by Apple through StoreKit 2. SVM Dev Studio never accesses, collects or stores your card or financial information.
